Does not include coaching of a custom training program. (training template assigned based on your training preference - included for reference)
Once a plan is purchased, you will receive an e-mail with a questionnaire. Please complete it to the best of your ability and return it with photos of front, back and sides and your coach will begin working on your custom program to begin on your desired start date.
All programs are completely customized to your goals and fitness levels. They include Macros/Nutrition, weekly check-ins with adjustments and unlimited response via e-mail or Facebook messenger. Responses to the weekly check-ins are within one day and typically faster. Responses to general questions are sent ASAP, oftentimes instantly.
- You must own a food scale that weighs in grams and ounces
- You must own a body weight scale that measures 0.2 lbs resolution or better
- Internet Access, and the use of a smart phone or computer are required (Computer or tablet is recommended to view and edit the spreadsheet)
