Good morning everyone! Today is Saturday and I am training legs again. I currently train legs twice per week. However, at this body fat it's much more difficult and I do dread squatting but I'm also close to the finish line and I don't want to let off the gas yet! It's surreal to see the progress that I have made during this prep. Motivation is at an all time high. Most of the time my energy level is very good and I try my best to spread my meals out to handle the hunger.
Current macros are quite low: 40 grams of fat, 175 grams of carbs, and 170 grams of protein per day. I am currently doing 6 days of cardio at 400 to 500 calories per session. 12 days until we fly to New York City for the WNBF NaturalMania!
They said my legs would never come in! I said I would keep dieting until I was shredded from head to toe. Left is raw and right is with some Instagram contrast and edits. Two more weeks to go. Sorry for posting so many pics of myself. I'm just so happy to finally be proud of my lower body conditioning. I'm digging deep and will come in even leaner on stage and with a nice tan this physique should be competitive at the #WNBF #naturalmania but most importantly I've put my all into this prep while balancing family, friends, work side business, and travel.
