New vlog and posing update after first carb load day! Updated peak week protocol

Hey guys! I am so excited for this trip. Everything is coming together and it's almost time to step on stage and have a good time. We fly out tonight and land in New York tomorrow morning. We'll have the whole day free to sight see and enjoy the city. Hit me up if you have any good recommendations.  I just got my check-in with my coach and food has been upped a bit after my lower than yesterday weigh in this morning. Peak week protocol!

The day has finally arrived. We're no longer digging for more fat loss for this upcoming show on Saturday, we're now focused on filling up but not spilling over. Normally Wednesday is a rest day from training and a normal cardio day. We have ceased cardio for now. It was a consistent 6 days per week of medium intensity steady state of 400 to 500 calories per session depending on time and energy levels. We were digging with low days of 40 fat, 175 carbs and 170 protein, a meager 1740 calories per day. Epic training session this morning

So yesterday (Sunday the 13th) I hit a new 2015 contest prep low weight of 139.2 lbs and I'm feeling quite lean. I have apparent glute striations and triceps and tear drop are both feathering. Abs are cross striating as are my traps. It's all pretty awesome to see. I've been checking in with my weight daily with Jeff Alberts and periodically with photos as well. He gave me the world's smallest refeed but it seemed to have made quite a difference since I didn't do cardio or lift yesterday either.   Macros for low days are currently 40 fat, 175 carbs and 170 protein. Long VLOG

Hey Guys,   I am counting down the days. Stress is high and irritability is high but training is actually going pretty well overall. I'm having some nagging shoulder pain right now and some annoying left hip pain but overall I'm in good shape physically and ready to absolutely crush this show.
