Here it is guys.... this is possibly the penultimate posing update of this forever long contest prep. However, if I don't get the pro card at this next show then I have to make a hard decision on doing another show, as soon as possible or possibly taking a diet break and hitting a show up after a short prep towards the early part of next year. Both options have their positives and negatives. I'm trying to stay confident because I know that I'm bringing my best physique to date and presenting a truly shredded finished product to the stage in less than 10 days. I'm trying to record more often, especially what I am eating since it fascinates so many of you. I'll try and get a couple more actual full day of eating vids instead of just clips of the food that I eat. I really want to get some training footage posted up as well. I am officially 10 days out from flying to NYC for the WNBF NaturalMania. I reported in to my contest prep coach, Jeff Alberts of Team 3DMJ (my coach from my 2013 prep as well.), and was given a 300 grams of carbs refeed day today. Which is a nice bump from my current 40 grams of fat, 175 grams of carbs and 170 grams of protein that I'm taking on normal low days. I'll enjoy some Dryer's slow churn half fat ice cream and a bowl or two of cereal that I normally wouldn't be able to fit on 175 grams of carbs. As the hunger becomes more severe during these late stages of contest prep, I resorted to asking my wife to make a Shirataki spaghetti noodle dinner for me last night. It came out pretty good and was HUGE yet under 550 calories. I posted the details on instagram. Good morning everyone! Today is Saturday and I am training legs again. I currently train legs twice per week. However, at this body fat it's much more difficult and I do dread squatting but I'm also close to the finish line and I don't want to let off the gas yet! It's surreal to see the progress that I have made during this prep. Motivation is at an all time high. Most of the time my energy level is very good and I try my best to spread my meals out to handle the hunger.
